Review: the purpose of this complaint is to inform all the american people of the poor service I have recived at he above medical office I have received on 03/04/2013. I was schdualed for a routine teeth cleaning. I showed up on my schdualed time and waited in the waitting area for 30 min the recepitionest informaed the doctor is busy and your oppointment have been canceled. I was shocked and very dispointed, they did not even apologize,.,this is the secound time they do that to me. I have never dealt with such unprofissionalsim and poor service. I will never conduct my medical needs at [redacted] D.D.S FAMILY AND COSMETIC DENTISTRY.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY LETTER. COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME.
