Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The caps on our fence have been replaced by [redacted] on 11/30/2015, and I received the check for the battery replacement yesterday in the mail Thank you for taking care of these two items.I spoke with Mark [redacted] about my issues He told me that Fisher Homes would stand by their warranty on the front step if we have a future problem with it sinking since it was a preexisting condition This is the second time that this has happened in less than a year I know that this will not be fixed until it is warmer, perhaps in the spring I do not want problems with this going forward where we have to eat the cost of it when it was not done correctly by Fischer Homes the first time or the second time around.Mark also just e-mailed me this morning, responding to the e-mail that I sent to him days ago and stated that the cracks will be sealed per the recommendation of the professional Until I know what will be done and as long as I am satisfied with the warranty work, I will close out this complaint Until then, I will not My neighbor mentioned that Bryan [redacted] called him asking about how his unfinished basement was sealed It was sealed like I mentioned, with it being filled with foam and then caulked Don’t you keep records of what is fixed on a house and how it is done? This shows me that the person in charge of having warranty work done on homes does not even know what is going on Fischer Homes had that fixed right after they closed on their houseYour reply is vague, and does not specify anything of what will be done to fix my remaining warranty items.I sent Michael [redacted] an e-mail on December 4, 2015, of the list of items that still need to be fixed on our house Our warranty work was done on November 23rd and 24th These are the following items left to be fixed below on our house:Fix and paint nail pop ups outside of house, especially above the garage doors(Possibly in the spring when it is warmer). Some caulk and grout replacement is needed in all bathrooms.Touchups needed on granite Kitchen countertop and Wet Bar countertop Please have someone come out who knows how to fill in chips in granite.Fix, fill and seal cracks on the foundation of both unfinished storage rooms.Missing one cabinet shelf holder.Michael did a great job doing all the cabinet touchups on our cabinets I was asked to send a list of remaining items that need to be fixed which I did on December 4, He asked me to sign off on the warranty work items and he will follow up on the second list He said he would be back for me to sign it Well, I can’t sign off on the warranty work when everything has not been completed on our home Thank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The caps on our fence have been replaced by [redacted] on
11/30/2015, and I received the check for the battery replacement yesterday in
the mail.  Thank you for taking care of
these two items.I spoke with Mark [redacted] about my issues.  He told me that Fisher Homes would stand by
their warranty on the front step if we have a future problem with it sinking
since it was a preexisting condition.  This
is the second time that this has happened in less than a year.  I know that this will not be fixed until it
is warmer, perhaps in the spring.  I do
not want problems with this going forward where we have to eat the cost of it
when it was not done correctly by Fischer Homes the first time or the second
time around.Mark also just e-mailed me this morning, responding to the
e-mail that I sent to him 6 days ago and stated that the cracks will be sealed
per the recommendation of the professional.  Until I know what will be done and as long as
I am satisfied with the warranty work, I will close out this complaint.  Until then, I will not.  My neighbor mentioned that Bryan [redacted] called him asking about
how his unfinished basement was sealed.  It was sealed like I mentioned, with it being filled with foam and then
caulked.  Don’t you keep records of what
is fixed on a house and how it is done?  This shows me that the person in charge of having warranty work done on homes
does not even know what is going on.  Fischer Homes had that fixed right after they
closed on their house. Your reply is vague, and does not specify anything of what will
be done to fix my remaining warranty items.I sent Michael [redacted] an e-mail on December 4, 2015, of the
list of items that still need to be fixed on our house.  Our warranty work was done on November 23rd
and 24th.  These are the
following items left to be fixed below on our house:Fix and paint nail pop ups outside of house,
especially above the garage doors. (Possibly in the spring when it is warmer). Some caulk and grout replacement is needed in
all 5 bathrooms.Touchups needed on granite Kitchen countertop
and Wet Bar countertop.  Please have someone
come out who knows how to fill in chips in granite.Fix, fill and seal cracks on the foundation of
both unfinished storage rooms.Missing one cabinet shelf holder.Michael did a great job doing all the cabinet touchups on
our cabinets.  I was asked to send
a list of remaining items that need to be fixed which I did on December 4,
2015.  He asked me to sign off on the
warranty work items and he will follow up on the second list.  He said he would be back for me to sign
it.  Well, I can’t sign off on the
warranty work when everything has not been completed on our home.   Thank you,
