I went to Family Auto Mart because I was turned down at *** and *** despite what they said on the radio ads, waste of time I went down to Family Auto and spoke with the guys there and explained that I wanted a decent later model sedan They showed me about cars that fit my expectations I decided on and bought a Altima with 90,miles Overall it was a quick process (about an hour) and I left with approved financing and a comfortable payment Overall they did a good job and were very respectful and understanding of my situation

horrible, untrustworthyJust looking for a saleTalk a good like of **After less than months of having our vehicle we are now faced with almost $2,repair bill to make it road-worthy/safe, in addition to the nearly $10,vehicle price tag!!!
Stay away!!!

I bought a car "as is" for my son from Family Auto Mart, Inc in August 2014. We did "test drive" the car around the block like they allow you to do, but by the time my son drove it home, 45-60 minutes away, the transmission was shifting hard and had a heavy clunking sound. We called the dealership and was told [redacted] would have to call us back. The next day, Saturday, my husband called again. He eventually spoke to [redacted] and he told my husband to bring the car up on Monday. My husband called again Monday morning to confirm that we were bringing the car for them to look at, but when we got there [redacted] acted like he knew nothing about the problem. I called my husband and he spoke to [redacted] and again told him the problem with the car. [redacted] quickly assured us they would have the problem fixed and make it right. A few days later we received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. [redacted] told us that the transmission had a bolt missing and was moving around while driving and that's what the noise was. He also told us that there was a 1 year warranty on the transmission and if anything else happened to immediately call him so they could take care of it. He again assured us that he would make things right, My son drove the car home and everything seemed to be OK until about a couple months later when the transmission started shifting hard again. We called Family Auto Mart, spoke to [redacted] and after reminding him of the problem and the l yr warranty on the transmission, he said he would call his mechanic and get back to us. He called back a few minutes later and asked us to take the car directly to his transmission guy, an hour away from us. We left immediately and dropped the car off at the transmission place. After explaining the problem to the receptionist she asked if they had worked on this car before. I told her [redacted] said they had and she said ok they would call us when it was ready. A day later, [redacted] called us and said we could go pick the car up. He again apologized and assured us that he makes things right and the transmission should be good now but it has a 1 yr warranty and to call him if it happens again. AGAIN a few months later, February 2015, the car started shifting hard and now it wouldn't go into 3rd gear. My son actually got stranded in Orlando and had to have the car towed 100 miles back home. My husband called Family Auto Mart and spoke to [redacted] only this time he refused to help or "make it right". When my husband reminded him that there was a 1yr warranty on the transmission, [redacted] denied it. My husband tried to get [redacted] to do the right thing, but he was unsuccessful. We took the car to a local, reputable transmission shop and had it looked at. The mechanic told us the transmission had been worked on, but there were metal pieces all inside it and it was completely useless. Now we have a car we bought 6 months ago that is sitting in my driveway until we can put a new transmission in it!! Family Auto Mart, Inc and the sales manager, [redacted], are NOT good business people. They don't care about ethics or honesty. Do NOT buy from them, I learned that the hard way.

I bought a car a few months ago, it was an 06 Honda Accord., At first I felt a bit weird to go to there and to buy a vehicle after I read a couple of reviews., But I did go and dealt with [redacted] on Sunday., He was the manager that day and I was told over the phone to ask for him. The experience I had was above and
beyond my expectations, He showed me many options and worked with me on few small issues after I bought the car as-is. As per my experience I have sent [redacted] many of my friends from Orlando, and they all have bought cars from Family Auto Mart.

I called a few times before going from Orlando. I told them if it was a SCAM or false advertisement let me know I did not want to waste my time driving over there, I went the next day to go see the car when I told the guy to turn the car on he said it did not turn On. then he said don't worry I have other cars to show you ! I obviously said NO, this company is SCAM they are using false advertisement to lure costumes in to show vehicles that are non drivable ..
