Review: Family Auto agreed to refund my payment of $2,688.47 for a 2year/24 month auto warranty policy when the primary insurance company refused to pay my first claim. After many months of complaint, Family Auto sent me two partial refund checks, The first was returned for insufficient funds, and after considerable time , they sent another check that was also returned for insufficient funds.Desired Settlement: Portville Family Auto to refund $2,688.47 as they agreed.
