TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNWE HAVE *** *** ON THE SCHEDULE FOR 12/30/14.WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE WITH HER MANY ATTEMPTS..WE ARE TAKING CARE OF THE SITUATION.THANK YOU

On June 12, 2016 I called to report that my air conditioning unit was not working again to [redacted] aka C& G contractor's @ [redacted], philadephia, pa 19135. I was told by Crystal that the company was doing installs for the rest of the week. I got a call on Thursday that I was scheduled for Monday june 20 at 9am. It is Monday 20, 2016 and no one had shown up. I have been told that they are on the way, I can't get a hold of the guys and I will call you back.. Never getting a call back. This is the 5 time we have had an issue with out central heating and air unit not functioning properly and get a run around. The owner refuses to come to the phone or is never available. I filed a previous complaint #[redacted] on 12/01/2016. I believe the unit is either defective and or not installed correctly. At this point I want my whole money back. The unit was installed on July 8, 2015.Desired Outcome: We want our heating/air unit to be fixed properly and by a third party and C &g pay for it or give us a full refund

We have apologized to the customer many times for having to wait for initial service but unfortunately we had lost one of our service technicians and we were trying to catch up during this busy season. Dear [redacted], In reference to Complaint # [redacted], today was the first time I was made aware of this complaint in the e-mail I just received, we like to resolve these issues as quickly and easily as possible. On November 30th [redacted] called the office about an issue she was having with...

her heater, I put a service order in for her. We recently had a technician retire without prior notice so the orders were all being sent to another one of our technicians and he was trying to get through them as swiftly as possible. When I spoke to [redacted] I explained to her it would most likely not be that same day but I would ask the technician to make her service a priority. Usually Albert, our salesman, does not deal directly with service which is why he had asked [redacted] to call the office, which he had also done to make sure I had spoken to her. He does not refuse to handle issues with his customers but just knows that calling the office is the easiest and fastest way to get service issues resolved. [redacted] was not ignored or neglected when she called, I would answer the phone and update her to the best of my ability at the time, she may have been put on hold due to a high call volume at the time but was not ignored. On December 3rd our technician went out to [redacted]'s home and serviced the heater and resolved the issue she was having. The heater is now fully operational and working. Thank you.
