Dear Revdex.com,
"">
We have reviewed Ms***’s complaint, we take this matter very serious and we apologize if we have made her upset. Our process is to have a signed credit application secured at the time of the car purchase or at any time that we have a client’s credit information pulled. Based on having a signed credit application our clients are allowing us to apply for credit on their behalf and we send the credit information to our credit partners with the intention of getting an approval. Unfortunately sometimes we have to send it to more than one credit institution but I can assure you that we did not send your credit information to different banks. We do have a signed credit application from Ms*** allowing us to secure financing and if she would like to see it or to discuss this matter with me further I would be more than happy to do that. I can not send proof of the signed credit application through e-mail due to the privacy laws in the state of California. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused and we look forward to discussing this further
Please contact me if you have any more questions
Sincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I appreciate the response and information. The whole experience of buying a vehicle from your dealership, was horrible from the get-go. (documents attached). My credit was being ran weeks after already having the vehicle in my possession, due to financing not being secured prior to me leaving the lot. Not only that, when I initially gave permission for a sales manager to run my credit, it was over the phone for a vehicle that was not actually in stock or available and then she wouldn't even tell me the monthly payments. I should have walked away from the deal.

Do to the circumstances of the poor customer service I received, I would appreciate a courtesy removal of these inquiries.
Regards,

I was never given the option to cancel maintenance even plan when I requested it before. I will contact Mr. [redacted] at Mossy Ford so he can cancel this maintenance plan.  I will like to keep this case open until I see my payments reduced accordingly and maintenance plan off my contract.

Dear Mr [redacted]I'm responding to your e mail to advise you that unfortunately I do not have access to my e mail at all times. I see that you have now closed my case without me having an opportunity to replay to the last message from Mossy Ford.  Just FYI, I do not agree to anything that has been mention from their part. Furthermore, I just found out that I was tricked I to purchasing a guarantee which was misrepresented to me at the time of closing the finance deal with [redacted] the finance manager which assisted me.  Not only did he try to trick me into purchasing an alarm that was promised to be included in my truck, but also pushed me to purchase a guarantee in which he claimed  I could have my oil changes every 3500 miles. When I reached 3000 miles, I contacted the service department at Mossy, just to find out that it is only necessary to change the oil once a year or every 20,000 miles. I was told by one of their service reps.  The reason why I purchased this $2000.00 guarantee is because according to [redacted], I would save a lot of money since I had to service my car every 3500 miles, then I found out it was another scam. When I was contacted by MOSSY, I told them about this matter and the lady told me that there is nothing they can do about this because I signed a contract. Also I was told that [redacted] is not longer working for Mossy ford because they had too many complaints due to his dishonest sales tactics.  I hope you can help me with this matter. It is not fair that we work so hard to make our money and establishments like this get away with all these scams. In short, I am not happy, and there is no way I will ever purchase another vehicle from them nor use their service department. Feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. I will try to check r mails at any given opportunity. Regards [redacted]

We will be releasing the vehicle to the client at no charge.

I would like to close this case ASAP…..  I was taken care of by [redacted] and he made things better.  I do not want any bad marks on their business.  Regards,[redacted]

I’ve attached his maintenance plan. It clearly states the mileage and timelines of his services; every 10,000 miles and 10 total services over 84 months. He always has the option to cancel this plan, too. On the service side, all employees tell clients to refer to the Maintenance Minder for service notifications, or no longer than one year. His truck will tell him when the service is due. Mileage for services are dependent on driving conditions. Let me know if I can be of further help Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted],

We are very sorry to have upset you in your car buying experience.  In an effort to make it up to you we will write a letter to each one of the banks that we did submit your credit application too in the hopes that they will remove the credit inquiries as a sign of good faith.  While we have no control over how these banks will respond it would be our pleasure to assist you with your request.  I have attached a copy of the letter that we will be sending to the banks on your behalf.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that his has caused.
