horrible customer service the days of the customer is always right is a joke at this place, literally

I cannot speak on behalf of [redacted] as he is no longer a Mossy employee however, below are the details that I do know.11/19/purchased vehicle*the release of liability would have been mailed to the DMV shortly after the posting jacket was received by the business office ~ there is no definite date12/1/Ford funded the deal EFT was posted 12/2/Payoff check to Hyundai was issued12/3/Payoff check to Hyundai was mailed12/3/DMV was processed on the Ford Fusion that was purchased12/11/Payoff check to Hyundai was cleared by bank Thank You, [redacted] ***

Dear Ms***, We are very sorry to have upset you in your car buying experience In an effort to make it up to you we will write a letter to each one of the banks that we did submit your credit application too in the hopes that they will remove the credit inquiries as a sign of good faith While we have no control over how these banks will respond it would be our pleasure to assist you with your request I have attached a copy of the letter that we will be sending to the banks on your behalf We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that his has caused ***
