As healthcare providers, it is our duty to take care of our patients and help them in the best way possible. Unfortunately as with any facet of healthcare, guarantees can not be made as to the outcome of any treatment. Treatment would never be refused to be preformed for any
reason. Every effort was made and every treatment option was given to resolve this issue, with that being said, nothing was done without prior consent. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and though it was not the 3100.00 he offered to pay back I find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The business has given me 310.00 and that is what I paid out of pocket for. Though he states all treatments were given, I had to get surgery 9/25 to resolve the original issue.
