Horrible experience, billing manager is the worst! I went to this facility a year ago for a common cold. They went and ran every imaginable test on me after taking my blood without my consent . I ended up being charged $700 for again blue of work that was not authorized or needed. In trying to talk to the billing manager she hung up on me several times, cursed me out, and was downright nasty. During the whole time I was cordial and simply trying to get this fixed. I eventually reached out and wrote letters to the doctor in charge, he was unwilling to look into this. I eventually contacted the medical board and they are looking into this.
