Family Check Advance

Complaint[redacted] (Assistant Manager) with Family Check Advance contacted three people I listed as references and disclosed to all three references the name of the company she was calling from and that if I didnt come in they would be pressing charges on me. This is a violation of my rights. This information is not supposed to be shared when contacting my references. I spoke with the Manager, [redacted] and advised her of my concern. She said this was not the first time that [redacted] had done this and she would talk to her about it. [redacted] initially offered me someone's number then changed it and said she would have someone call me. This was on 02/18/[redacted] and I have yet to receive a phone call to voice my concern.Product_Or_Service: check advance Desired SettlementBoth teammates should be repremanded and I would like an apology from [redacted] and [redacted]. Business Response [redacted] (Assistant Manager) with Family Check Advance is no longer employed with the company. [redacted] (Manager) did speak with [redacted] apologizing and offered her an interest free check.
