Hello, I would like to remove this complaint, I was contacted by Family choice management as well as their finance company literally minutes prior to this email and we were able to come to an agreement in regards to the issueOf course this
happened once I told them I was going to file complaint with the Revdex.com

Customer purchased their
freezer in December It came with a month manufacturer's warrantyAs a
courtesy to our customers who purchase freezers from us, we provide free repair
services as long as the customer remains active by placing a minimum order at
least every
monthsThis customer placed their last order in June so
they are no longer eligible for free service unless they place an orderI
would be happy to have one of my employees come by and take a look at the
freezer to determine if service is neededIt is a manual defrost freezer that
defrosting is suggested every six months and frost buildup on the shelves is
normalIf the freezer inside temperature is around then it is functioning
properly

cancel. We received approval from the finance company, contacted the consumer, and scheduled their 2-26-15 delivery. The consumers accepted delivery of their purchases and signed the delivery receipt. On 3-5-15 the finance company contacted the consumers, once again verified the terms of their purchase contracts, and scheduled their payments. We have fulfilled all of our obligations to the consumers. If they don't wish to continue financing their purchase they may contact the finance company and payoff the remaining balance of $2466.
