Family Coats of Arms

Review: In a trip to Solvang on August 26, 2013. We came across with this Coat of Arms store and ordered two mugs with our coat of arms printed on the outside of the mugs. The owner, Donna Wheatley, issued two invoice numbers for this purchase: 55164 for $24.95 (with the Cardona coat of arms) and 55165 for $24.95 (with the Kostersitz -Austrian-coat of arms). This purchase includes shipment to our home address in Lake Stevens,WA in a period of no longer than 3 weeks from the day of purchase. Today is 10/9/2013 and we have tried to contact this establishment by phone and by e-mail numerous times (around 10 so far) by leaving voice messages and dropping e-mails through her website, but we haven't received neither the mugs nor any courtesy call to return our calls and tells us the status of the shipment. For this reason, I consider this a complete SCAM and I am asking to have my money fully refunded. This is not a big amount of money, but is very frustrating when you are so far away and can do nothing about it and we are not the only case under this situation with this business, as we later found in YELP and other social networks.I really hope you can help us.Desired Settlement: Fully refund or our money or the mugs sent and received no later than October 31st.

Review: I ordered an engraved wine bottle and wine glass set (with the Lefebvre coats of arms on the bottle and "Lefebvre" on the glasses) as well as the framed coats of arms for my husband's father and mother: Lefebvre (France) and Supranowicz (Poland)with the date of their marriage on it. I spoke to Donna, the owner, over the phone and placed the order. Due to the spelling of our last name, Lefebvre, it took a few tries for her to get the spelling correct, but she did. She read back to me the name as it should be spelled. When I received the items, all of the items were incorrectly spelled: "Lefebure" a "u" instead of a "v". I have left Donna 3 messages as well as sent an email and received no response. I ordered these items for our 10th anniversary. Now, I'm going to either have to get him something else or give him these incorrectly spelled items. Not happy with either choice unless Donna were to agree to replace the items with the correct spelling.Desired Settlement: I'd be glad to pay for the shipping again, but not the items again. I've already paid once for them. I believe Donna should replace the items with the correct spelling.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9550952, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would appreciate the business confirming that the coat of arms for "Lefebvre" is correct. I purchased a coat of arms to download in order to convert it to an embroidery file to embroider a towel for my husband, and the coat of arms was totally different.
