finishers and home owners who spread out the concrete themselves.The lady Mrs.*** did call and I could not find in our records where she has bought concrete in her name so I did not call her till nowYesterday I drove to Mrs.***s residence and inspected the concrete.The sidewalk the top is coming off is because last winter someone put Salt on it to melt the ice.Also I looked about the pad pushing water the wrong way and it looked like the water would run away from the house ,Mrs.***s gutters not working are the cause of her water problem.There are no steps that were poured but there was a set of steps that were built with the house.I also looked at the thickness .I think there is close to inches there.ALSO The finisher DOES NOT work for me!WE only deliver concrete.WE dont form or finsh concrete.Also you cant pay for something use it for years and then get your money back.I called her yesterday and explained all this.Shes suppose to call you to remove me which I am not at fault!I also took pictures of the side walk the slab the old steps and the bad gutters.If you need these pictures before you remove me PLEASE call..SCOTT BLACK 336-243-
