There was water damage done to this customers homeWe talked to the customer and advised that we would be turning it into our insurance company ( which we did )A restoration company came out and looked at the work and discussed with the homeownerAccording to the restoration company the
homeowner requested that the work be done immediately Our company as well as our insurance company were never provided with an estimate of damages or any information at all with regards to cost of repairs or that they even had begun repairsWhen our insurance adjuster went to the house, the work was already doneHe came up with an estimate and gave them a check for the damagesThe estimate of the insurance company and the restoration company are not even closeI requested that our insurance company review the estimate again and they did and said its correctI contacted the restoration company and they said that there is nothing they can do about it since the homeowner approved the workI'm trying to help the best I canindustry practice is that the Restoration company and the adjuster agree on a price before work beginsThis did not happenSo it appears that either more work was done than needed or they overcharged the customer for the work that was doneI will be more than happy to provide the customer with the name and phone number of our insurance company and adjuster if requested

These issues have to be taken up with Quick Response and Family Danz.  We need your help as my mother is 99 years old and in bad health.  [redacted] of Family Danz admitted responsibility for the damages and is now refusing to pay for the repairs.  His representative  stated to my Mother that 'WAHTEVER IT TOOK TO MAKE HER WHOLE AGAIN FAMILY DANZ WOULD SEE TO IT THAT SHE WAS STATISFIED AND WHOLE LIKE SHE WAS PRIOR TO THE DAMAGES MADE BY THEIR REP.'  We NEED your assistance and have provided all the documentation we have. 
This is an issues that the Revdex.com can help us with.  PLEASE... they are refusing to work with us.  We have our lawyer working on this but we need your help.

We have been in contact with the customer regarding their service call concerns. We have offered the customer a 15% discount on the bill. That was not acceptable. I have already spoke to the customer and set up a meeting at their house to review any and all issues with the work we did. We arrived at the house and no one was home. I called the customer and he said he forgot and would call us to reschedule as soon as he was free. I'm also offering a 15%...

courtesy discount on the bill to resolve this matter quickly.

If the customer would like to provide us with a new exact replacement part. New in the box unopened we will refund the cost of the part itself. We would issue a refund of $296 total off the bill which is the cost we charged for the control board not including the labor.
