Family Dental Care of Evergreen Park

I have cancer. I went into the office for an exam. Dentist told me he was making a care plan, never came back. Some blonde lady came in and told me there was nothing they could do for me and escorted me out of the office. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even introduce herself. Thank god for *** in Beverly. She also said that because there was nothing they could do for me she wasn’t billing my insurance which was also a lie.

This dental office is in co.plete disarray, nobody keeps up with appointments and the charge you before work is done. I go here because it's conveinant and right up the street from my home. Each time I've been there it's been by appointment. As soon as you come in the door the berate you with paying before any work is done after you have set in the office waiting room with an appointment for an hour plus. I am upset because they give me appointments and I take off work and then they forget that I have an appointment. After they have cahrged me for work and I have paid tgats not done. This place is horrible ......... I am going to try and find another place asap.......
