on 8/11/2014 to inform us he was not coming to his 8:45am appointment on the same day-much less than 24 hours.  As per patient request on the voicemail message and Facebook Family Dental Care review, I removed the fee and inactivated his status as a patient.  When he signs a release of records form, we will transfer his records to wherever he chooses without issue.

Review: On top of being charged for a missed appointment that I had already cancelled well in advance, today I get a late fee for not paying what I and many others would consider an unjust charge in the first place. I can assure those at family dental care that there is absolutely no way I will ever pay these absurd and ridiculous charges.Desired Settlement: I would like the fees to be waived
