Review: There are so many issues that I faced after going for my cleaning and teeth whitening at this office. Not just that that services that they provided were done incorrectly and in a horrible manner. 1. After the supposed tooth cleaning I found out that the dentist did not even do that cleaning in its entirety. She just checked my teeth and that was that. She did not remove the tarter from my teeth. Nor did she perform a tooth polish. Because of such horrible work I had to go to another dentist for teeth cleaning and have to pay for that teeth cleaning from my own pocket. 2. Furthermore, they tried to charge me $78.00 for some service that I did not agree to. I do not know what made them think that they could provide any service they want without asking me first and that I would pay for it. 3. My teeth whitening was not done properly. I later found out that she was supposed to do 4 treatments not 3 of the teeth whitening. In addition she kept the kit that was a part of the package that I bought, instead of giving it to me for touch ups. My teeth are almost back to their old color, even though I did everything she told me to regarding my eating and drinking. I have gotten better results using whitening strips. 4. They charged me $8 for office visit. No other dentist office has ever done that.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all the services provided as they were all done with negligence and were all incomplete.
