I was over charged for a dental procedure that was not complete. Confirmed with my insurance company that I was only supposed to pay $50 out of pocket and was told I needed to put down a deposit towards the next step of the procedure instead of completing a ***. I had a previous balance of $150 and I had put $500 down. The refund that I am expecting back is $294.00. I have been calling for one month with no response to my refund. I will not be going back to this dental office as they almost pulled a tooth when it wasn't necessary. They have horrible customer service and they obviously don't know what they are doing.
