I am responding to the above complaintI saw this patient and completed treatment in February, 2014, and saw her three times following that for adjustmentsAs I always do, I advised the patient the last time I saw her,
which was 5/1/to please contact me should she have any concerns or need for adjustmentsI had not heard from her again until I receive this complaint from the Revdex.comI immediately contacted her and advised her that we want to see her and correct any concerns she may haveI also advised her that any of these adjustments would be done at no charge as they are part of her treatment which she has already paid for. She now has an appointment for 10/23/14 when I will address all her concerns and discuss with her possible solutions
