FAMILY DOCTOR (MICHAEL P. SCHMIDT MD)

The admin girls that work the front and answer the phones are rude to the patients,act like they can't be bothered and don't do what they say they are going to doThey are totally ruining the good doctors business without him even knowing about itThey should be fired and replaced with someone that can do the job right

This has to be the rudest office that I have ever dealt withStaff is rude Yes, physicians may be good but they are only as good as their staff Face it, after you leave the room, you need to deal with the staff for anything else Appointments/prescriptions You should expect Great customer care at your physicians office There are MANY Great Primary care physicians to choose You don't need the headache of a rude office that does not care At trust me, it starts from the Physician down Staff can't be that rude without the physicians knowledge or acceptanceThey answer the phone "Doctors office, hold please." They don't even wait for your response, just slam you on hold I waited over minutes to speak to someone after they put me on hold and that person was rude Stay away from this office

I had reallybad experience. 40 min waiting time, REALLY RUDE STAFF. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
