Tanika (Tamika?) went so far out of her way to be rude that I walked away after she had rung me upIt had taken a few minutes to pick out some gifts for to elementary school graduations tomorrow, but this woman was so rude that I rather take the time to go shop somewhere else and to warn people about this storeSo, I'm reasonably sure that corporate doesn't care about the $I didn't purchase, or about the fact that I will forever avoid this store, because if they cared, ther employees would have manners

We ask all customers to leave their bags or backpacks at the front of the store when they walk in I doubt she was told she was banned from the store

Store # 4982 I was in there on 11/30 to see if I could find a little table top tree for my kids. There was a sign up that the trees were 50% off. I get to the register and it rung up full price. The cashier Renatta tells me I got the wrong tree. I go back to get the other tree and that too rung up full price. Complain to the Manager Aaron who tells me there is no sign up because he personally took all the signs down. He refused to go look at the sign and said "I am not doing [redacted]." After sometime he came back ripped the sign down and said that the sign was from another store and walked away implying that I put the sign there trying to get a discount and told me in front of other patrons and my kids that I can kiss his [redacted]. I called corporate on 12/01 to file a complaint and was told that I would be contacted by Warren the District manager. Needless to say I have not heard from Warren. I have tried contacting corporate again and sat on hold for over an hour with no answer. This store needs to be investigated the workers look sloppy, none of them wear name tags. When I asked for the number to call corporate I was told by Renatta I needed to purchase something and it would be on my receipt. Other than that she did not have the number nor did she have a way to find out the information for me. Along with that, she was playing rap music from her phone which was playing curse words in a family store.

My name is[redacted] I'm filing a complaint against[redacted] at Family Dollar Store in [redacted] TN, I purchased a blouse on August 17, 2014 at 9am from family dollar store to wear to church after I returned home from church I noticed the blouse had came undone at the seam so Monday August 18, 2014 1 pm I took the blouse back to exchange it I ask[redacted] can I exchange my blouse I came in here and bought it yesterday morning and notice it was torn straight down the seam afterwards and she said yes, when I got back to the counter with the same blouse the cashier [redacted] that sold me the blouse who was off but sitting behind the counter told[redacted] the blouse wasn't like that when I bought it and so she had an attitude saying the blouse wasn't like that when I purchased it and she didn't have to exchange it so I just told her to keep it keep from having an dispute in front of customers.[redacted] is very rude and she is always taking on her headpiece that's connected to her cell phone the aisle are junky from were they don't put out stock she discusses her empmloyee's business she told two different customers how she had to write up [redacted] her cashier because his deposit come up short her attitude towards certain customers stinkProduct_Or_Service: navy blue blouse with multiple stripsDesired SettlementAt first I just wanted to exchanged my blouse because I loved it but after the attitude and the rudeness I would like a refund the blouse was on sale for $7.50
