I went to the Family Dollar location located at 8am on March 5, 2019
9435 Olive Blvd, Olivette, MO 63132

I waited until 8am and lightly knocked on the door and someone inside, an employee, was yelling at me telling me to get off the door in a very angry manner. I stood back about 4 feet away from the door and the employee kept yelling for me to get off the door. After she let me in, she kept asking me why I didn't listen to her. I told her that I do not know what she is talking about and that I didn't hear anything; I was trying to defuse her morning anger. I went back to get paper towels and set my phone to record audio (I will provide on request). I went to the front of the store to pay for my item. I gave her a 20 and then a 1 dollar bill. She asked me why I would give her a 1 and I said because I want a 10 back. She told me that I am going to get 4 ones as if she is getting revenge for her anger problem. I asked if she can accept the 1 dollar extra for 2 fives and she said know, that I will get a 5 and 4 ones. The employee was very rude to me and I have it on recording. There's a lot more to the recording. Thank you!

The experience was beyond the simple conveyance of words that I can employ. I was eating a *** brand iced oatmeal cookie from the Family Dollar when a foreign object wedged between my teeth.Upon inspection by me and a P.C.P. it was found to be a baby mouse leg bone, a perfectly formed femur! To use two words, horrified and disturbing!

Other (requires explanation) Other (requires explanation)To be fair in this era of scientific knowledge and our collective awareness of industrial scale food production and what can happen if such situations and conditions go unchecked for any period of time, I would demand the production facility be inspected.

Called the store *** (*** VA) and ASM (EID ***) ***. States that the customer Mr. came in to the store today and told the ASM that he had settled for $500.00, he was upset that the brand of cookies are still available at the store. ASM states there was 1 package left which she removed when he became upset.
The Customer Mr. was very nice but is still concerned the factory meeting sanitary requirements. We are addressing this with our Quality Control Department.

I received an email on June 4th showing three packages of 10.1 to 15.35 ounces of oreos for $3. After 15 minutes of looking at their weekly ad and going through all their smart coupons, I had yet to find any way to get 3 packages of oreos for $3 for the oreos... So I emailed them, twice. Once on June 5th and again on June 7th... I called on June 7th and waited literally an hour to speak with someone (I have a record of that phone call). Just for the agent to talk over me and tell me that they sent out a correction email right afterwards... I then looked thoroughly at my email... Yeah, they sent one alright. NINE hours after they sent the initial one (I have records of that too)... The agent did nothing to help me, and didn't even apologize for or explain why I had to wait an hour to get connected to an agent. He didn't even acknowledge the fact... So I spent all of that time on the phone, just to be connected to an agent for little over a minute who was lack of a better word, repellent towards me... I asked him to connect me to a manager, so he connected me to a supposed manager's voicemail, in which case I left a message but unsurprisingly, my phone call was never returned. Much like the two emails I've sent Family Dollar earlier this week... I am emailing you 3 supporting documents right after I submit my complaint. Please look for my email.

Not applicable For Family Dollar to set things right for me, the customer... Or I will just never patronize them again.

Replied via email advising that the promotion was an error, and a correction was sent out as well for that advertisement.
-advised the cookies were advertised as $2.75 for a price drop, and that was the correct promotional price

-called customer:-the call was forwarded to vamil after 2 rings per automated message-
-left vmail advising the issue was a known glitch corrected by the corporate office

I went to the store in xxxxx, OH to buy tape. When I put the roll of tape on the counter, the clerk, named xxxxx, looked at my husband and asked if the tape was for my mouth.
This sexist, misogynistic behavior will not be tolerated. I can't, however, seem to get in touch with customer service. My tweets are ignored, emails are unanswered, and have spent at least 45 minutes on hold with customer service each time I called before I had to hang up. I won't give up. I'll eventually speak to someone, I hope. But I'm never going back since now I'm terrified xxxxx the clerk is going to try to tape my mouth shut and kidnap me or something.
