Review: I went to the dry cleaner to pick up my jacket that I had put a $10 deposit on when the woman that works there laid on jacket on the counter I lifted the plastic to make sure my jacket was clean and smelled fresh I immediately noticed it was still damp I let the woman know that my jacket still felt damp she said " no I can't be damp it was here for three days" I said "well it is still damp feel it" and as I went to lift it up so she could feel it I also noticed there was a small stain on the sleeve I showed he the stain and said "ok there's a stain too, so my jacket is damp and it has a stain. The whole purpose of bringing this here was so it would be clean and dry" I said very calmly this needs to be done over the woman said "you want it done over no problem but the ticket has to be paid" (meaning the balance has to be paid) I said to the woman I'm not paying until my jacket is clean and dry she just kept repeating to be done over the ticket has to say paid. I asked the woman if she was [redacted] she said no so I asked to speak to [redacted] she said he is not here I asked how does she get in touch with [redacted] because I would like to speak with him she then starts yelling "the ticket has to be paid" I politely asked the woman to lowers her voice because she is yelling I told her I can hear her just fine and to stop yelling she continues to yell saying that I am disturbing her business and her customers I told here again to stop yelling because I was not yelling at her. I proceeded to call my mother and ask her if she had the number for the Revdex.com while I was on the phone the lady sAid she was going to call the police then she took her phone and pointed it at me I then said "I have an iPhone too since you want to record me I will record you too" when I started to record her yelling I explained to her that I came in there very politely asking about my coat and I got yelled at and that if she wants to yell I can yell just as loud I told her thAt would go outside and yell out how bad this dry cleaner is and that she wouldn't have anymore business. She then said she would have the jacket re done and to come in next week. I don't know why it would take a whole to clean my jacket. The woman was rude and wouldn't not contact [redacted] and my jacket was damp and stainedDesired Settlement: I want my jacket clean, dry and in good condition
