I was here *** *** when Ms*** came back with the tireThe tire that I viewed was worn all over, there is no way she bought that tire new and wore it out within two weeks or soThat is what I told her,
I also told her that something had to be wrong with her car, for the tire to look like thatWare on a tire comes from, different mechanical reasons such as wheel alignment, struts, ball joints, etc
This tire was worn and it was noticeable to anyoneI told Ms*** I was unable to honor the warranty due to the condition of it, regardless of the blow out you could see itI walked away
Then one of the tire technicians went to her car and viewed tire without talking to me or being around when I said the tire was worn and he told her the same thingAfter that my husband looked at it and asked for a receipt to see how long it was since she bought the tireShe left and brought it backI looked up the tire and seen the date there is no way a new tire was worn out like that
The customers and her companions became very rude and as they were leaving I asked to take a picture of the tireShe refused and drove off
We will not be able to honor the warranty due to the fast ware on this tire

Ms*** called Family Enterprize Tires and stated that her tire was off her car and that she was miles out from Saint
Louis, MissouriShe was informed by one of the workers (who I gave the phone to, I was checking a customer out) that there was nothing we could do because of her locationMy husband also spoke with her and she was basically informed the same thingAfter I finished serving the customer I asked them what was wrong with the tire...and they said she was to far out to helpI was concerned *** *** so I called Ms***, I asked her was her tire flat..She responded no my tire and rim rolled awayNotice she said rolled away,the tire was obviously aired up and intact with the rim..Our concern is the tire we sold herNext I asked her did she look at her wheel, maybe we can help us, help her..She responded she had some studs that broke..It is hard to say why her studs broke, the most common reason is that they were rustedIf her lugs were loose from our service, she would have knew almost instantlyFrom the time period that she brought the tire, to driving miles out of StLouis could assure you that there was something else wrong with her wheel
Next, after we established her location she was given a towing service to call, that would be able to pick her upI do not know if that is who she eventually usedObviously, we tried to help, even though we were in no way responsible for her predicament on the highway
Even more, I was here and answered when the call came in..I closed that night to and opened the next morningWe were in no way obligated to stay here and wait for her and it would have made better since to go somewhere in the area for help ( I would think)
I have no idea what number she called, because I closed and opened and I never heard from her again (until I received this letter from your office)
She paid $for a tire that she stated rolled away on her rim, where she did not know

We do not give refunds, we just replace the tire. All of our tires are already on rims which is why we give the day warranty. If you drive on the tire, you void the warranty. For the warranty to be good you have to take it off and bring it in. If there is something wrong
with the tire, we will swap it out. We do not give refunds
