I do not know of any business that provides a warranty and does not give it in writing. But as per the text messages I sent to the Revdex.com, [redacted] stated that he had no problem with providing a warranty. which he never provided and I have a witness from Ways to Work, [redacted] who was at the meeting and was also advised by [redacted] that he would provide a warranty. Yes, [redacted] did give me a check for $200 and he also offered another $200 which he agreed to meet me at Ways to Work and then he refused to show up which again is in the text messages I provided to the Revdex.com. I never took my car to Kevin's shop on a Sunday. He may have worked on it on a Sunday due to him supposedly fixing my transmission and my car was doing the same thing so he had to get my car back which he had towed from my house back to his shop. My truck was given back to [redacted] twice so after he received his money and my truck was not fixed he may have come in on a Sunday to work on it but that was because his work was not done correctly. Also, [redacted] has said so many lies and his stories do not make sense. My O2 sensors have nothing to do with this issue that he worked on other than he advised me that nothing was wrong with my O2 sensors and they did not need repair. I brought my truck to him for transmission repair and O2sensors. He advised me that nothing was wrong with the sensors so he could fix a wheel hub instead. Well, the 1st time I got my truck back the service engine soon light was still on with a reading from the sensors. If [redacted] never said anything about my O2 sensors why would he tell me he ordered them from the [redacted] dealer and that he would not charge me to put them on because of so much confusion and he was wrong about them not being broken. Once I realized something was not right and [redacted] was telling a lot of lies and would not let us speak to the other owner of the shop, that is when [redacted] changed his whole story and started lying more and more and then all of this occurred.

Review: I went to family first for transmission repair and 02 sensor repair. I was given money from a program to fix repairs and I advised [redacted] that whatever was wrong with my car to fix what he could for $2700. [redacted] only wanted me to speak to him and no one else in the shop. I got my car fixed and he claimed my 02 sensors did not need repair and he rebuilt my transmission. my car was not fixed and I sent the car back. My service engine soon light was still one. He had the car towed back to his shop. I never could get a complete invoice on what was fixed and to this day I have not received my warranty information. I called to speak to the owner and had other people call because [redacted] refuse to put him on the phone. My service engine soon light is still on. [redacted] claimed he had to order 02 sensors from the [redacted] dealer and he would call when they came in the shop. [redacted] never called. He claimed he did a tune up, fixed a wheel hub and rebuilt the transmission. I never asked him to fix a wheel hub. my truck is shaking horribly, still getting a bad reading for 02 sensors and I have not received any paperwork. He told me he would give me some of my money back if I did not take him to court. We scheduled a meeting and once the day came [redacted] of course could not make it. I have recorded phone calls, cell phone text messages as well as voice mails to prove [redacted] is a liar and scammer.Desired Settlement: I want the money [redacted] claimed he was going to give me for not taking him to court and for not repairing my truck. For all the lies he said.
