I had received information about mortgage protection and made and appt. with Marcie L for July 10,2020. She talked about transferring my IRA to Family First Life and she took a photo of my statement on her phone. She also received a hard copy of the statement and she was given my Income Analysis. After much consideration, I decided not to go with this company. I then, several times, asked for my Income Analysis to be returned to me. As of this date, I have not received my hard copies of anything.
Dates of contact- July 13th, My first request for copies to be returned. I was told that they would be sent out on the 14th. July 16th, called to check on copies, was told they were sent out the 14th. July 21st, called to check again and was told that they were mailed out the 14th.
Today is the 28th of July, I still have not received my paperwork. I would like your help in resolving this issue.
Other (requires explanation) I would like my paperwork back from this company.
's paperwork was made out to her on 7/14 per her request. My admin took the package to the Milford, NH post office. It was supposed to have been sent with a delivery receipt which my admin did not do. We have gone to the post office 2 times since *** advised us that she hadn't received it yet. We are hoping it will be sent back to my office in Milford, NH and then I will personally deliver *** her documents. This was human error and I'm sure it got lost but will be sent back to either *** or myself.

I expect to receive my personal packet. I just have a difficult time believing it was sent out. If it were sent out it should have been mailed with care and written confidential in the envelope.
I can assure you that your packet was sent out on 7/14/20 in the afternoon. It serves no purpose for us to keep your information. Once you called and canceled our appointment to get more information my admin Cat was advised to mail the packet to you. There is no reason for me to hold onto any clients information and I shred all documents once submitted to the insurance company. My hope is again that it will arrive either to you or to my office. You suggested I take it with me and bring it back at our schedule day and time. We have made both the Milford, NH and Concord, NH postal services aware of the issue. And, they have our contact information. My admin went again this week to Milford post office and called Concord as well. If it shows up we will be called and I will hand deliver the documents.

Do what you need to do to get it back to me. It should have gone out first class. This was all personal info. There are no excuses for this to happen.
