A representative contacted me and was rude kept calling back when I said I was no longer interested and showed up at my house. This representative was very aggressive and threatening
I have no idea who these people are and I DID NOT give them permission to come to my home!! I am disabled and on Dialysis and even if I had looked into any information which I do not remember doing, there is NO WAY I would have ever gave permission to show up at my door! This caused me anxiety because the salesman was very rude and would not believe me that I did not inquire about this and I sure didn’t ask for them to come to my home! This is very invasive and it should not be allowed to harass people bat their home!! Then he tells me someone stole my identity! This company needs to be stopped from being able to do this!

Family First Life extends our apologies for the situation mentioned in this complaint. We are an Independent Marketing Organization that works with agents to get the contracted with different Life, Health and & Annuity Insurance carriers. They do not have a direct contract with us, they are independent contractors, and have contracts through the individual insurance companies. The agent in this situation purchased leads, one of which was filled out for Lauri Lakin (attached) through a Facebook ad. It's the agents job to contact the client from the lead to insure they are provided with the information they requested in regards to life insurance.
After speaking with the agent in reference to this complaint, he mentioned a younger gentleman answered the door and he never physically saw or met the client, Lauri. The agent said he tried explaining who he was and the purpose of his visit, but the gentleman acted suspicious and was uninterested. The agent did mention if Lauri didn't request or fill out this information via Facebook then she could have been hacked. That was the end of their conversation and the agent left the home. The agent extends his apologies as well for any miscommunication or confusion that may have been caused.
