Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am rejecting this response from Mr*** of Central Door because he continues to provide an unprofessional response and continues to repeat statements that are untrueMr*** had ample time to respond to multiple contacts from me including more than one letter and more than one emailInstead it took contact from the Revdex.com to get him to do what most reputable businesses in the US already does, supply their customers with written documentation of repairs and services renderedMr*** finally sent me a response on December 15, only after getting the complaint from the Revdex.comEverything he sent was his narrative of the materials and serviceHe still did not supply anything in a manufacturers or business written formHe also continues to stand behind information that is falseI was called by his company only after I complained to Universal Home Protection, the home warranty company that required we use Central DoorI was called the day they decided to show up and was working out of townI told them it was OK to go to the house, but I would not be there so they NEEDED to call me with any and all information about the repairs neededThey chose not to call meThere was someone at my house, it was my sonIf the repairman had simply asked my son, “Are you the homeowner?”This simple, responsible question would have solved most of the issuesHowever, they did not do thatThe “check” referred to by Mr [redacted] was a check I was required to have ready, by Universal Home Protection the home warranty company that chose Mr***’s Central Door CompanyI made out the check, not the person the repairman talked to the day of the repair at the houseI wrote it, signed it and left it at my house because the home warranty company said I had to This is all a severe breakdown or absence of any kind of customer service by Central Door and Mr***He wants to hide behind excuses, but the truth is quite clearHis business, in this case, failed miserably and I would like that noted by Revdex.com [redacted] ***

I have addressed the complaint and provide all the documentation and requested informationIf this does not address his issues Mr *** is willing to provide him with any additional information he needs

I am rejecting this response from Mr. [redacted] of Central Door because he continues to provide an unprofessional response and continues to repeat statements that are untrue.
Mr. [redacted] had ample time to respond to multiple contacts from me including more than one letter and more than one email. Instead it took contact from the Revdex.com to get him to do what most reputable businesses in the US already does, supply their customers with written documentation of repairs and services rendered. Mr. [redacted] finally sent me a response on December 15, only after getting the complaint from the Revdex.com. Everything he sent was his narrative of the materials and service. He also continues to stand behind information that is false. I was called by his company only after I complained to Universal Home Protection, the home warranty company that required we use Central Door. There was someone at my house, it was my son. If the repairman had simply asked my son, “Are you the homeowner?”. This simple, responsible question would have solved most of the issues. I have received in the mail on this...

complaint the Mr. [redacted] reported, I have fully complied as what he is looking for with details on his service call, I would like to say that he is in accurate on what his complaint says as we did have a scheduled call with him  and He had stated that we could come over and fix his garage door but he was not going to be there but would have a responsible person there at time of service.  He did have this person even write us a check and sign it for partial payment the day of service.
