I paid this company to list my property and paid in full, my listing was never listed. Stay away from this scam company.

I checked the web site again and it is up and running.as of 7/10/2020.
This company listed my property without my consent. I was made aware by a potential renter how eventually contacted me through ***. I contacted Family Friendly Vacation Rentals via the phone and the individual I spoke tried telling me that they spoke with me last year and gave me a free trial to there site. This is not correct and I asked that my home be removed. The individual said that they would remove my house and then I was disconected.
Family Friendly Vacation Rentals has been affiliated with different online portal. Possibly the listing was a part of that Affiliation.
Apart from that we used to offer a free trial and may be the listing is a part of that promotion.
However, we have removing most of those free listing properties.
Received many calls and should have known it was a rip off. They piggy backed on *** so you end up paying twice. Michael, if that was his real name, with a foreign accent was rude. We never got any inquiries and are out of $399. He then told us they don't give refunds. I should have known this was a scam.
I have a rental property in Vermont.I was informed that Family Friendly Vacation Rentals is using my property listing listing without my knowledge.
I have a rental property in Northern Vermont. I was recently contacted by another property owner who said my Homeaway listing is on Family Friendly Vacation rentals' site I had never known about this or given permission to use my listing on their site. I am fairly sure this is a fraudulent company. The number given for my Vermont property was a Florida number ( I live in Vermont)and when I tried to call to pretend to be interested in renting my property I had to leave a message and of course no one called back. There were clearly phony reviews which had no relation to my cottage , i.e.., we loved staying over New Years Eve. ( We are only open in the summer! ) Their website looks professional, so it would be easy for a property owner to be fooled in to buying a subscription. I hope you will investigate this company, as they show Revdex.com accreditation on their site. Please let me know if you have any questions. They are located in Cape Canaveral. Thank you.

At the beginning, when we use to offer a free trail to our Clients, we have offered *** a Free trial. And we do not show our phone to any free trail listings and this is the only reason the listing is showing not ***'s number but ours.

WOW, this company called me trying to get me to pay for their service because I have a vacation rental with its own website. I told the individual Michael R. that I was not interested from the very start of the call and to please remove me from their call list. Mr. Michael R refused to listen to my request and at the end of the call promised to continue to call me over and over again. One star is way too much. I called this listed number for their organization to file a complaint and the individual who answered responded very rudely.
