I have attached documents in regards to the *** party that took place on 1/30/16. If you see our online reservation request form (which Mr*** used to request his party) you will see that all reservations are for hour - this is also stated on his confirmation, on all of our
flyers, and he was told upon chethat while we were sorry he thought he had hours that in fact it was only for hour. While at their party table the *** party belittled one of our Restaurant Supervisors and told her that they would not move when their hour was up - they also went on to criticize her serving abilities (she has worked for the company for nearly years and has proven to be a wonderful server and supervisor) - the party continued to use cuss words and yell at the staff so yes, I do believe the manager on duty they spoke with did probably shrug his shoulders in an attempt to not go back and forth and escalate the situation as there was clearly no reasoning with the party and they were disrupting the other guests and parties in the restaurant. I am the AGM and myself and our Tukwila PD officer were called into the restaurant to escort the party off premises when the cussing became loud enough for other guests to hear but by the time we got there the party had finally vacated the area and I was unable to locate them in the rest of the park so we left it alone.
Mr*** received a refund for $for his table fees and for the items he claimed he did not receive

All this being said - I have been at the Family Fun Center for years and I pride myself on fair and honest dealings with our guests - it is our main goal to have guests leave the Fun Center feeling happy and with wonderful memories. I wish Mr*** would have approached the whole situation differently and I think the entire experience would have been far better for all involved. When he (and his guests) stated they would not leave and began insulting my staff as well as cussing for other children and guests to hear it changed the dynamic of the situation and instead of us all working it out we were forced to go on the defense. I feel terrible if the sauces went all over his car, I feel terrible if he did not receive items he paid for, and most of all I feel terrible for *** (the birthday child) because I can imagine the whole ordeal did not make his birthday special (as it should have been - If Mr*** would like speak to me I am fully open to the conversation, I too however am seeking an apology letter to my staff who did not deserve to be treated the way that they were
