Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] First off the owner of Protire isn't paying bills for other shops and he clearly intends to keep lying and lying his way outThe truth in this matter is his company put my van and my life at risk and anybody knowing anything about brakes would understand this but not this ownerHe owns the shops but isn't willing to pay for anythingWow and he keeps referencing my company and using my company as a reference to not refund anythingMy company has refunded to the customer plenty of times and we do a well job and try hard and never would ever do anything in this manner and leave the customer hanging in a bad spotProTire takes joyrides and then does a sudden panic stop and this is taking care of your vehicleI hope the Revdex.com understands that if two other reputable places tell me the issues and I have to pay another outfit to do Protires work then that is sadAnyways the comments on me cussing and being rude are clearly not true and the good lord above knows the truthI hope the Revdex.com does there job because ripping off consumers is really bad

My store in *** did replace wheel cylinder, machine the drums and clean & adjust the rear brakes on *** vanAfter completing the brake work they did take it on a test drive to ensure that the vehicle would perform like it is supposed toWhen test driving after a brake job, we do a slow
stop to listen for noise and make sure it stops smoothly, we do a "normal" stop to make sure it feels right and we also do a hard brake to ensure that the abs kicks in and that there is no trouble stopping in a panic situationI assure you, that we did not go out joy riding in the customers vanWhen *** returned to the *** store, he was loud, cursing and demanding a full refundMy store manager told him that he could take it to my *** store to have it checked outHe called the *** store and was told that we stay extremely busy and it would take a couple of hours until we could get to itHe drove to the *** store and was very upset when he was told that we could not get to it right awayHe said that he could not leave his car with us that he needed it done right thenHe took the car to different shops, and had the car looked at and then he called me to demand a refundI apologized for the trouble, and asked him to bring it back to the *** store to let me take a look at itI told him that we would warranty any work that was done, and also do any other work related to the rear brakes at a discounted price for his troubleHe said that he could not bring the car to me and leave it for a couple of hours that he needed it right thenHe then told me that he had left the car at another shop and told them to do the repairsHe told me that he had been to my *** store times with no problems, and my *** store probably times and had problem that we took care of for himI tried to explain to him that we would not refund his money, but would like the opportunity to make the problems he was having rightI never once was rude or ugly to him at all, even though he was mad and cursing constantlyHe told me that I had lost him and his employee as customersI told him that even though I had lost his future business, that I still wanted to make it right and fix whatever problem he was havingHe did not want us to fix it, he wanted his money back*** runs a business "*** ***" so he understands how a warranty worksI would like to help him out with his problem, but I cannot do so if he does not give me that opportunity

He owns the 2 shops but isn't willing to pay for anything. Wow and he keeps referencing my company and using my company as a reference to not refund anything. My company has refunded to the customer plenty of times and we do a well job and try hard and never would ever do anything in this manner and leave the customer hanging in a bad spot. I tried to explain to the customer [redacted] that if someone came in his business "[redacted]" and had him put some upgrades on a computer and then they came back wanting a full refund of the parts he put on that he would not just give them money for parts that he had put in the computer. He would want to fix it for them. I have been in business for 9 years at 1 location and almost 2 years at another location. I have a great reputation for taking care of my customers. The car in question is 18 years old and has 242,000 miles on it. I am sure that it has some things that need to be addressed, but that is not what is in question. Some brake work was done on the van, and I told the customer that I would make it right for him if he would bring it to me and let me look at it. I would have replaced/repaired anything that was not done properly and if there was anything else that was needed I would have done at a discounted price. [redacted] was loud and cursing quite a bit. I will not pay any of the bills for the other shops.
