I am rejecting this response because:  Either the owner is dishonest or does not know what goes on in her own company.  Multiple attempts were made to resolve the issue and have the extended warranty in place as promised by this dealer.  There was no mention of a name other than the company running on our credit card and when we called a female staff member stated it was odd that it did not run as Family Fun RV.    Family Fun RV staff, Shane, told us that there was a delay due to his work needing to be checked and another time that it was due to a three day weekend.  As of June 28th there was still no record of any warranty information with the company.At this time we have our own warranty in place with another company but feel other consumers need to be aware of concerning practices by this dealership.

This customer purchased a used as is 5th wheel in May (2 Months Ago) she had to have it right away as she needed a place to live. She had to have it delivered as she did not have a truck to tow and was not going to tow it. She was going to live in it. She actually paid us to deliver it.since then we...

sent a mobile tech from another dealer to go out there for a complaint she had and had fixed it on our dime. She has called several times a day and night also text our tech, sales staff, and myself inappropriate texts on personal phones after hours about random stuff sometimes she nice other times she is screaming yelling and threatening. She has been borderline harassment.I have attempted to work with her several times and so has everyone that works here but every time we try she takes a different direction. She came to the store and I the owner met with her explained to her we could not trade in her purchase on  a different one she wanted as I could not let her haul it, After she walked around our lot and in employee only area for a few hours waiting for me as she would not schedule an appt. with me, her boyfriend proceeded to pee all over our bathroom floor and sit in our showroom online with Revdex.com and making a scene. I explained to her this is not how we do business and I am happy to help and work with her but only in a professional and respectful manner. I also explained to her she was to work with no one at this store except me as she has harassed all my employees and enough was enough. She continues to harass everyone here but NOT talk or work with me except for the one time she came to the lot.She then decided without talking with me go to our other location and drop her vehicle off on consignment with out sales person.She has removed furniture she has cut carpet out of the closet and cut wires etc. I explained to her when she wanted to trade it in we needed the furniture back in it that she had given to her friends or we would need to sell it for less than she paid for it. She brought the sofa back in but not the chair. When she brought it she was hauling it with her new used truck she just purchased. She wanted to again work a deal on trading hers in on a different one she was Irate that we would not work with her on this as she could not haul it. I explained to her again that I could not sell her the couple other units she wanted to buy now that she bought this truck as she can not haul it. She attempted to tell me she could as her insurance company told her she could because of things she had done to this truck and I explained to her she absolutely could not. When she came back to pick her 5th wheel as she decided she no longer wanted to sell it here on consignment I would not let her leave with it as it was a huge liability and again she can not haul it when she purchased it, it was to be stationary at a park for living. as I told her she can not haul it... She then proceeded to make a scene as she does every time she comes in and told my staff and myself on the phone from that lot that I was wrong her insurance told her it was okay. I spoke with her insurance they said she could not haul it also and so then she called and they told her the same at our lot.So we then told her if she wanted to pick it up she needed to hire a transport company to haul it for it in order to remove it from from our lot so she did. We are all about Customer service and working with out customers. This customer is completely unreasonable. She purchased a used as is 5th Wheel to live in, had to have it immediately and it was a beautiful 5th wheel that he has devalued due to the things she has done to it.We will not be buying her used 5th wheel back.**Attachment redacted by Revdex.com staff member**
