Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Either the owner is dishonest or does not know what goes on in her own company Multiple attempts were made to resolve the issue and have the extended warranty in place as promised by this dealer There was no mention of a name other than the company running on our credit card and when we called a female staff member stated it was odd that it did not run as Family Fun RV Family Fun RV staff, Shane, told us that there was a delay due to his work needing to be checked and another time that it was due to a three day weekend As of June 28th there was still no record of any warranty information with the company.At this time we have our own warranty in place with another company but feel other consumers need to be aware of concerning practices by this dealership Sincerely, [redacted] ***
