Not honoring warranty
I purchased a warranty in 3/for the recliner and sofa that I purchased The sofa is a whole different issue that I will not get into An unqualified person was sent to my home to look at my issue I had asked for an upholstery guy because I had had an issue before that took from April until October to be resolved on the first sofa He stated nothing was wrong, it just needed cleaning I had told him that where the fabric was missing that it looked almost like a burn and he told them that there were no burnsThe recliner's foot rest has started to loose fabric and there are two very small areas, plus I had just cleaned the chair and it has some discolored area that will not clean This is when I found the area on the foot rest The chair does not sit in an area that gets sunlight, so it must be sweat and sunscreen stains that will not come out The warranty states that ALL STAINS ARE COVERED I am also concerned about the two small areas that looks li
