STEER CLEAR OF FAMILY FURNITURE!!!
The worse, bar none. Terrible customer service, no sort of class, it's a sketchy runner down building, and the furniture is terrible quality. Spent over $3k on furniture and was treated like I was stealing something when going to pick up. I was then given the wrong time to show up and they closed the warehouse, even though it was less than 5 Mons since they closed it, all the workers haven't even left. Additionally I had to borrow my brothers truck, so this is was a huge inconvenience. They promised a simple can of spray protector, and when we returned said they wouldn't give it to us since they didn't write it down. They hate their jobs and are incredibly rude, they're "deals" are $20 off retail price, and no loyalty. I don't know what the "Family" in Family Furniture is suppose to mean, cause that's the last thing you'll walk out of there feeling. I'd give it no stars if possible. Just the worse retail experience, no exaggeration. I could go for days on it. If you're in the market for furniture, save yourself the anger trip and headache, and go literally, ANYWHERE ELSE! No way they'll be worse the that dump the call a furniture store. Again, I'm holding back.
