I purchased a 3 piece soft, loveseat, and chase set on Dec [redacted] on Dec [redacted] I had guest over to celebrate the [redacted], my cousin sat on the chase and it fell in she's not a big woman she may weight less than a 140 but it was so embarrassing cause I just got the set never sat on it til I had company for [redacted] and conversations stating this, I called the store owner named [redacted] on that Monday and he said to send him a picture and I did then he told me that he was going to get his truck driver to come and get the chase on the [redacted] of Dec., nobody came I called no answer I called on the [redacted] so went up there on the [redacted] if Dec and, [redacted] same thing he will send a truck and again nobody came I called Jan 3 no answer on Jan 6 no answer so on the [redacted] of [redacted] I called and he answered hello Ms [redacted] call me on Monday and I promise I will hace it picked up and I told him that he's been saying that every time I call or come there and he said that he will pick it up but he lied again he didn't answer again and he didnt pick it up so now I want my $494.00 back and I want the direct transfer of money to stop coming out of my account, am renting a truck to take all furniture back because the couch if sinking in too and I feel that he know that he has sold me some bad furnitureProduct_Or_Service: December [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementAm returning the furniture myself by renting a truck and I would like my money that I paid down and the money I paid for this month which is 494.00 and I woul like him to close the direct payment coming out my checking account furniture with be delivered back to him on January [redacted] at [redacted]
