The company blames the customer for orders not being delivered stating wrong address or other nonsense then refuses to give a full refund
I have been dealing with this company since April. First they stated that the address was incorrect that I gave them a PO Box. That was clearly untrue because the confirmation email shows my correct home address as the shipping address. After several Emails and ridiculous offers of picking option one of getting a new order shipped or option two getting only 50% refund there has still been no resolution. The website makes it seem like this is American made products only after you put the order in do you find out that the stuff is coming from China. They have a complete lack of customer service. There's no reason why they should not give a full refund when orders are not received in time for the events for which they were ordered. A full refund shouldn't not be excluded from the options to settle this customer service complaint.
The only resolution I am willing to accept is a full refund.
They are a fraud company. They have current investigations going on against them.
I purchased an item months ago... yes months ago. No item delivered and they would not give me a full refund even after they acknowledged the package was still not delivered.
It's been over two months and still nothing from them. Numerous emails sent and a few received but they don't handle the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

I ordered and paid for a graduation gift for my daughter in April 2020. As of writing this (June 19, 2020) the item has not been received.
I ordered a journal gift for my daughter in April 2020 and the item has not been received. It appears it has been awaiting delivery to USPS in Inglewood California since April 2020. The company will not refund my money and is blaming the shipping on COVID-19. I have since bought another gift because my daughter's graduation celebration has come and gone.

Ordered a leather journal for my daughter on 4/22/2020. After 30 days, I reached out to them to tell them the shipping number they gave me was unchanged and just said awaiting delivery to USPS. She told me to be patient, then I saw the same message updated to say awaiting arrival by USPS. Sent multiple emails, always the same thing, be patient. Well, it's June 16th and I still don't have my product and assume I won't get it. Filed a complaint with my credit card company as well on them. Horrible company and I wonder if it's a scam.
I ordered 2 items from them at the end of April 2020. I was charged $75. I have not received them. I have emailed to reach out multiple times.

I can't even tell you if their products are good or not because I just can't seem to get my product. I have no idea what was coming all the way from China and they very much mislead you on how long it's going to take to get it. They don't even have the capability to truly track it. I'm so upset with this company all they do is tell you to be patient and you will eventually get your package.
They took my money ,then I paid for fastest shipping 2 month ago and still havent recieved any thing.ive sent numerous e mails .
I have no shipping numbers at this time but I do have proof they charged me for product and fastest shipping

Placed an order w:this company on Dec 11th. Got a confirmation email on Dec 12th. I have yet to receive my product. I've reached out to them on 4-5 different occasions. I've been given an apology & told my merchandise is in route. I last got an email, which I responded to on Jan 13th. I still don't have my merchandise.
