I ordered a picture. Ups tracking info states it was delivered july 3, 2020. I was home all day and did not receive any package. 1z3y4wXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I got it straightened out finally. The company was not at fault for the missing package. Ended up being UPS dropped it off at a different house twice before we tracked it down. Thank you for your time on this.
Family Gifts Co is the worst company ever. I ordered a picture and it came damaged, incomplete, crooked and with no backing. I then called and ordered a replacement and received the same, damaged, incomplete and now discolored. In parallel, I also ordered another picture for a family member and experienced the same. When I ordered the replacements, they promised that I would receive pictures with backings and now are feeding me a story that they n ok pinger do this. Stay away from they liars. They only take your money and don't deliver.
Placed order online stated it would arrive prior to valentine's day. Made excuses about high volume. Want a refund.
Poor customer service, poor business practices, and false advertising
These are the reasons I want a full refund and they can keep their picture. Promised delivery prior to valentine's day, and have provided a lame excuse about too many orders due to the holiday. Based on facebook complaints this is very common practice for this company. They only post positive complaints on their website and do not let customers tell the truth.
Refund
Business has issued me a refund and has told me they are sending the portrait to me at no charge.
The refund is showing on my credit card as of today and I received a UPS tracking number yesterday which shows label is created for the portrait.
