ClevelandOH 44115 RE: *** Dear *** ***: In response to the complaint sent to us dated 3/15/2017; unfortunately HIP PA does not allow us to comment on specific clientsThe program referenced in this complaint is a diversion program for individuals who have been convicted of domestic violenceThis program is pass/fail, credit is not given for attendance per sayAll program requirements and rules are given to participants when they sign up for the program and they are read out loud to themThey sign a copy which is retained in their fileThey are again given a copy of said requirements and rules the first session and again it is read out loud to themThis includes, but is not limited to the fact that missed class must be mawithin one monthIf that does not happen, they may take the program againThe signed page also includes the following that they agree to by signing: "I further understand that I am not entitled to a refund". Once a former client threatens legal action, our attorney has instructed us, if they contact us again, to inform them that because of possible pending legal action, we can no longer discuss their case.
