I applied for a life insurance policy and was quoted a monthly premium which was also emailed to meAfter months I saw where they were taking an extra $out of my bank acctI called them and they said they had to convert my policy to a term life policy making my premiums go up every years The email they sent me when I got my policy said my premiums would never increaseI called them and [redacted] was very rude and got loud with meI cancelled my policy with her but when I called back to the customer service dept to request a refund the policy still wasn't cancelled and they would not issue a refundLooking at Revdex.com they already have complaints against them in the last months.l

I recently had a bad experience with globe lifeMy dad died august He died of natural cause when I called globe life about it they told me I was approved for my claimAfter they received his medical records they denied his claimNumber one they told me I was approvedMy dad was a veteran in VietnamHe fought for this country and now he\'s gone I can get the policeyHe died of natural causes They said they denied it for material misrepresentationHe died of natural causesI had accident and life insuranceI am struggling to pay part of the burial expenses the VA paid half as wellIt\'s like their saying screw his rights as a veteranSomeone please help me

I purchased a policy from FHL in January of The coverage is excellent, and I've have no problems receiving benefits for claims Everyone I've dealt with at the home office has been helpful and accommodating Great company, excellent service, and affordable products for an active family I just wish they offered life insurance in my state

Don't ever do buisness with this companyThey don't have professional people working for themThey drag their feet on their claimsTheir *** people are very rudeThey get loud with you on the phoneI have a complaint filed with the State commssioners office nowThey still haven't paid my full portion of insurance from my mom's passingThey have been very rude with me through this tuff timeMy husband works for an insurance company, and he said we would have been paid full benefits no questions askedThis company wants to keep their money, even though you paid for the policy*** NEVER do business with them again, nor *** I EVER recommend anyone to do so

I called them and they said they had to convert my policy to a term life policy making my premiums go up every 5 years. The email they sent me when I got my policy said my premiums would never increase. I called them and [redacted] was very rude and got loud with me. I cancelled my policy with her but when I called back to the customer service dept to request a refund the policy still wasn't cancelled and they would not issue a refund. Looking at Revdex.com they already have 313 complaints against them in the last 12 months.l

As all previous customer complaints stay clear of Globe Life. Been with them since 2014 and have been completely dissatisfied with their obnoxious [redacted], i'.e. update of policies and cancellations and refunds of policies.Stay very Clear of this company. I have my law firm involved in there chaos.
