Review: In 2010 I hired Mr. [redacted] to perform an search on my family lineage for $150. Initially the dialogue and exchange of information was prevalent, unfortunately as time went by, Mr. [redacted] failed to communicate with me or even update me on the status of my genealogy search. It's now been 5 years later and I still don't have any of what I paid $150 for. He's failed to answer my emails after my many attempts to get in touch with him requesting an update on the status of my genealogy search and at this point I'm just fed up and disillusioned by his tarnished work ethic. This is totally unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Seeing as the services that were promised were not delivered, It is only fair that I receive a full refund.
