Family Home Care

I like the fact that I could always get a hold of these people. They matched my mom with someone with the right skills.

Compared to the other companies I found, their prices were reasonable. I'd definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Way to go Family Home Care! I had to post this in celebration of getting my Dad back on his feet (literally!) and say thanks. If it wasn't for everything your managers and caregivers did to make sure Dad was happy, and getting the attention he needed, I think we'd still be at the facility.

Review: I have [redacted]. I was transferred to Family Home Care against my knowledge. This is the first week with this company and I am having so many problems. The first aide called her superivosr on my orginal aide and told the office that she took my out the house and didnt say where I was going (which is not true) now the supervisor is not taking any calls from my orginial aide and speaking to her when I have a complaint about who is here on Wed-Sat. Now I have another aide here Sunday and she is not qualified to assist me with my needs but my orginial aide came and help this one out. Now I was rushed to [redacted] hospital around 12.45pm (6/**/15). I had the doctors call my orginial aide to let her know when they were gonna release me, she informed the company that she will sit with me in my home until someone came, and they said ok. Now here is it is 3.** and no one called to inform me nor my orginial aide of anything. I would like for someone here to check out this comapany to make sure they are on the up and up and truly care about their clients. also I have sent messages by phone to this company and no one responsed to them. it is all written down in a book and on voice recorder. thank youDesired Settlement: just make sure this is a real company and to make sure no other clients have to go through what I am going through with this comapny

This staff was attentive and organized. They took care of my mom and I really appreciated that they came when we needed them (right away). We met with [redacted] who introduced herself as a "care manager" - she was super helpful and knew what she was up to. She saw mom through some tough times and always came out to the house just to see how she was doing (I think she was also checking in on her caregivers - which I thought made a lot of sense). It was nice to see how their group worked - everybody seemed to know each other and they were really good at keeping me in the loop. I'd recommend them.
