Here is the copy of the check to ***Her name at the time she purchased the home was ***Joe S*** personally delivered this check to her work at the *** *** *** ***e and told her is was money to help insulate her foundationWe has sent a work order to *** *** *** a state license electrician to contact *** about the problem.Thank's Joe

Please find attachment for the check that was issued to *** in the amount of $500.00, not the $amount that the customer notedThis was to help insulate the crawlspace foundationPlease see the site work page and note that there was no amount included for insulating the
foundation and the check was money to help with the Insulation of foundation and not to pay for the utility billHowever, Modular Homes DO NOT come with ANY floor insulation.We have also enclosed a copy of the walk through when *** took possession of her home*** called the office in June about a pc of soffit receiver that was missing and we sent out a service man to fix that problem.We received a call from *** on Sunday December 18th at 9:AM; about the problem with no heat in one of the bedrooms and she knows we are closed on SundaysWe returned her call on Monday morning, Monday after noon, Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon and finally received a call back from *** on Wednesday afternoon and she told us they fixed the problem with the heat in the bedroomShe did mention the problem with the breakers and the linoWe have called an electrician to check out the problem with the breakers and someone to look at the lino problem in the utility room but *** at that time never said a word about the drywall repairs neededWe do have a one time call back for drywall repair but we do need to have the customer call us and let us knowThis One Time call back covers any stress cracks that occur in the yearMost homes will not develop any additional stress cracks.*** did mention months ago about a breaker kicking out and she said she would call if it happened againWe also gave her our service man cell number so she could call him directly if the breaker kicked out again, so far no calls.As a home owner we fell it is the responsibly of the home owner to do customary maintenance on the home as needed, things will happen over time that will need someone's attention

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. However, DAN could have called me to let me know that the factory went into "Hybernation"! I had to pay to get all of my problems fixed! These are some of the most cheaply made homes.

We submitted the service request to the Manufacturer the day we received the complaint. This is for the determination and approval from the builder of the home as to how to proceed. The Manufacturer of said home must inform us as to how to handle. They can either send someone from the factory, or assign us a P. O. # for us to handle. We received their reply on January 7th. Please note, the factory goes into “Hibernation” state from the week of Christmas to the week after New Years. I have attached the work order sent to [redacted], our Certified Electrician Contractor, on the same day. [redacted] has called [redacted] and left her a message.The issue with the linoleum was turned over to our Flooring Contractor on the 7th, as well. The contractor called and spoke with [redacted] on the 12th, at which time, he was informed that she had someone repair the problem. Please note, these issues were turned over the SAME day as we received direction from the Manufacturer of [redacted]’* home. As far as the Drywall issue go, I have attached a copy of the section in our contract that addresses the issue of the drywall. Please note, we DO NOT come back in a year to do another “Walk Thru”………. We will send out our drywaller, should the customer have any issues related to Stress cracks due to settling of home. However, as noted in Section #16, the customer MUST call us should they need this service. Less than 20% of all customers call us for this service.
