I worked for this agency from 1-1-2011 until June 2012. I put my heart, soul, compassion, loyalty into this agency. I left in June 2012 and returned in August 2013 hoping the lack of respect for the employees workers had changed. But it didn't. It is still a very disrespectful, dishonest, disloyal place to work. All employees timesheets are submitted to Medicaid/ Medicare for payment. [redacted], the owner, receives payment in full from Medicar/Medicaid and only paid me half of what she owed me each bi-week pay period. I received the other half 5 to 6 days later. I was suppost to receive a pay check on 1-21-14 and still have yet to receive it. The lack of respect she has showed me has hurt more than anything. I wen't out of my way to prove myself a good employee to her. But she is continuously disrespected me , verbally, emotionally and discriminated against me. I had to contact Medicaid/ medicare, the [redacted] office and the AAD In Richmond on her for her actions. I only hope that one day she realizes her actions are so intuitively wrong. Anything I have written on this page I can produce documentation to prove what I am saying. Its not fabrication. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Because your family will not receive the care they deserve.
