I recently selected Cass Plumbing to diagnose leaks in two bathrooms and to replace the toilets. Cody, the technician completed the work from start to finish in a very professional, informative, thorough, and timely manner on 12/15/2016. Prior research helped me to consider Cass and the quality of the technician sent and the competitive pricing quoted made the decision easy.

The featured ads on the build are false advertising and the facility stays uncleaned and full of water on the floors which is a hazard.This is the only laundry mat in the the entire city at [redacted] XXXXX. There is no attendant to hear our concerns and grievances. The facility is always dirty. Their is water constantly on the floors which can cause a slip and fall hazard. The machines are always down. The dryers are not warm enough to dry the clothes for the smaller dryers. One customer did in fact caught the ordily there one day and complained about the amount of money which they had placed in the dryer; ti was $1.50 and the clothes were till damped. The weekly ordily went in the utility room and turned the temperatures up on the small dryers. This is an attempt to get more money from the customers by turning down the temperature dial on the dryers.Their is only one large washer which is working and the rest have green tape over them which says "Out of order." The small white washers are in a mess as well. Only three our of ten work. The rest of them has green tape on them. The washers which are $3.50 only has two of them out of the four which are working. The rest of those washers has green tape on those. This allows the customers to wait enormous amount of time to even get a washer. The big larger dryers only has one or two our of six which are working. So you can imagine the wait time for customers and this only being the one and only laundromat in the city. Their is "Family Day" on Wednesday and all of the machines and dryers suppose to be half off. They are not turned back as well. This is also "False Advertisement." The consumer must pay full price for services which the business has posted half-price. We started to go with the media on this but we are trying to get a small resolution from the owners; just clean up the place and give the consumers of what they need.Desired SettlementThe owner(s) need to clean up the place. They also need a part-time worker at the [redacted] location so that the operations can run smoothly. If the customers are placing their money in the machines and the machines are withholding the money; now can the customer receive their refunds? This is pathetic. The owners are receiving much financial benefits from the consumers. The business has fallen tremendously. We didn't contact them due to notes are left weekly on the walls and doors and their concerns go unheard. Each time everyone enters; they are always talking about the complaints. Everyone is tired of the same old stuff; machine taking the customers money and the machines aren't working, the uncleanliness of the facility, the false advertisements. This is the only laundromat in this area and people re just trying to wash; that;s all.

The incidents occurs in Ripley, Tennessee XXXXX. The complaints consists of many; such as refunds to loss of money, false adv., and unrepaired equip.This location in Ripley, Tn. XXXXX is a 24 hr. service. Many times their will be many machines which are not working. The change machine and refreshment machine will take your money. And their is an outside banner posted on the building which states half price on Wednesdays for laundry. Most of the time most of the machines aren't working, and many of the machines are not changed to half price. We as the customer does not know when the half price begins. If we arrive at 8:00 am on Wednesdays; the machines are not set at half price. I went today on October 7 at 10:45 pm. and the washers had went back to full price. The machines are set in the middle of the day and it's a huge crowd due to this being the only laundromat in this town. I typed a letter to the business owner and left it at the facility under the door of the utility room. I explained my concern to him and left my number and email on the letter. I didn't receive a reply fro him. I know that they received it because someone must go to the utility room to get cleaning supplies. Their is never toiletry items in the restroom. It usually is filthy. This laundromat is not that old and shouldn't appear this way for the public. The machines appear to need servicing the reason why they malfunction so frequently. I was requesting a refund of 17.00. I left a letter of the prior $12.00 that I had lost and tonight on 10-7-15; I lost a full $5.00 in the change machine. This was all that I had and had to return home with unwashed clothes. There is no day or night time attendant to adhere to the customers concerns. Their are many messages and notes left at the facility regarding repairs and loss of money concerns. Some messages are of profanity. The owner is aware of this because someone is coming to the facility to remove the messages and notes that other customers leave.I have patronized this location in Ripley for almost 2 years and the service is a mess. The washers have damages which causes the clothes not to spin and once the customer(myself and others) open the washer; water is spilled all over the floor. There is no attendant to mop it up. There is just a wet floor sign which sits in the middle of the floor. Mostly the facility is trashed due to no attendant on site. As I stated the facility and equipment (Maytag) appears new and they are out of order most of the time. The half off Wednesday needs clarifying as to when the half off price begins and when it ends. He shouldn't post false advertisements to get customers to patronize him and he doesn't fulfil his obligations. This is why I reached out to the Revdex.com because customers such as myself has lost money and cannot be refunded. This I spoor business practices.Desired SettlementI would like for my $17.00 dollars to be refunded and for the owner to post the accurate times in which the half price will begin and end on Wednesday. Customers have a right to fair practices from a business.
