Review: I can not contact Family Legal Resources to get a refund. I was paying for services but I never completed the paper work or finished with the court proceeding. The phone number on the website is not a working number.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a cashiers check or money order sent to me because the payments came out of two different debit cards that are no longer valid for the full amount that I paid as I did not use their services.

Review: I contacted this agency approximately 18 months ago to assist me with joint custody for my daughter. I paid $1000.00 and submitted the proper paperwork. I've tried to contact them several times but no response. At this time I need assistance in getting a refund to get a lawyer for the joint custody matter mentioned above. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.Desired Settlement: $1000.00 refund.

Review: I have paid this company to assist in my child support case. I have recently tried to call them and every number given to me and every number on the internet is out of service. I have receipts and emails from paying them. I am wondering if they are still a company? I paid $900 and they took it and ran. I need to know what I can do, besides contact another lawyer to give my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the $900 back they have taken from me.

Review: I've been trying to get in touch with this law firm for over a couple of weeks now and none of their phone numbers are working. They didn't send me any updates in regards to their business numbers being out of service. I haven't heard anything from them since May of 2012. I've paid this business $1200 and I have not received any services (just some paper work) I am no longer interested in using their services. I just want a refund.Desired Settlement: The $1200 that I paid them. I have receipts.

Review: Approximately a year ago I filed a complaint against Family Legal Services because I had contacted them to see if they would be able to help my son [redacted] regarding a child support case which he has long paid off but is being charged thousands in interest. His ex had moved around to 5 different counties while she was on drugs and welfare claiming he was not paying her child support, which he was but she did not report it. I was trying to help him out so contacted this agency. I paid them $1000 up front and all they did was make copies of some of the letters my son received from the the different child support agencies. I made calls to several different people at the agency and finally they gave his case to a Renee Bradley who's office was given as [redacted] and her number was ###-###-####. I made numerous calls to talk to her and never once did she return my calls. I had filled out the forms giving them all the information needed and also filed a declaration of my son's case. They gave me a case #7081137 but every time I called to find out the status of the case, nothing was ever done except for the copies of those letters. I sent a letter to Ms. [redacted] but never received a response. I filed a complaint with you and received a response that you had contacted them and someone would be calling me, which they did. I received a call from [redacted] and I explained to him that nothing had been done, no one would return my calls, and that I wanted a refund minus the amount it cost to return the letters I had sent them from the different county child support services involved. He informed me they could not refund any money because they had spent time on the case. I said no one ever called me, I never received any letters or emails to inform me of any updates. I had phone numbers for several people who worked there and just recently called everyone of them and each number had been disconnected, including the one for [redacted]. Can you help me?Desired Settlement: Would like the full refund of $1000 since I believe them to deceive me when they supposedly handed the case over to [redacted], then never heard from her even once after leaving her numerous messages. If they had been working on my son's case, why didn't they ever contact me by letter or email and why did they not ever return any of my calls? I am beginning to think I may not ever get my money back if they have closed down the business.
