We love our Doctor, but we have to put up with the most abusive, unethical, condescending and laziest office workers. There is no one to complain to about their behavior. So we have to either put up with it or find a new Doctor, which is hard to come by these days.

She did make her payment on April 18th and as of May 3rd the account had been pulled from collections and the service charges removed....
