Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:That is not how it happenedI did not try to schedule an appointment for thyroid care, I tried to schedule a physicalThe receptionist told me on four occasions I could get a routine well care checkup ando she told me I was there for it when I checked inShe did NOT tell me she would check and see if they could schedule itThe doctor told me I couldn't have a pap smear because it wasn't scheduled but did NOT tell me I wasn't getting the physical I had checked in for and confirmed I was there for.They have changed their story multiple timesThey won't call me backThey won't let me talk to the doctor or any one supervising the office managerThe office manager refused to return a call for over a monthMeanwhile they withheld the prescription anyway - the prescription I had asked can we talk about this at this appointment, since I know this is a physical and only certain topics can be coveredI was told yes, I could get a thyroid script as part of the discussion, and then later found out they claimed it wasn't a physical, and they denied needed medication the doctor said she was writing a script for.The office manager wasn't there when I checked inEverything was according to the receptionistSo how does the office manager know what I asked for? I doI was thereI asked on the phone when I called to ask about being accepted as a new patientI asked in person when picking up paperwork, when returning paperwork and scheduling the appointment, and checking in for the appointmentThat's four times I was told I was getting a physicalThe Office manager will not accept that her employee gave out wrong informationThe office manager has never heard my complete story, because she won't listenFrom the first time I tried to explain what happened to the billing department, and got passed to the office manager, she has come at this to explain why I'm wrong and has never listened to what her office told me.The doctor did not ask me which was more important, thyroid or physical She only said I couldn't get a pap smearThe doctor did NOT tell I owed a copay and NO one told me that as I checked out and no one made a follow up appointment for meThey offered a pap smear appointment but having been told four times that I had a physical that day, that's what I thought even as I left Sincerely, [redacted]

I was there for it when I checked in. She did NOT tell me she would check and see if they could schedule it. The doctor told me I couldn't have a pap smear because it wasn't scheduled but did NOT tell me I wasn't getting the physical I had checked in for and confirmed I was there for.They have changed their story multiple times. They won't call me back. They won't let me talk to the doctor or any one supervising the office manager. The office manager refused to return a call for over a month.
