Review: I noticed about a month ago that my ceiling had water spots in the living room an kitchen. I had got concerned so I looked on the roof an to notice that there were shingles that were worn funny so upon looking closer I noticed that the staples and nails they used to put the shingles down we're now starting to come up and where the shingles out where they put down at. Some of these staples or nails are exposed not even covered by the single. The company told me they are not able or reliable to fix this. If you would look at these shingles you would clearly see it is a manufacturers defect on putting the shingles on. *inter is coming fast an I do not *ant a leaky roof please help thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like them replaced because there's certain areas *here you can tell the shingles are going to do the same thing I would like the roof redone the right way. Thank you

and [redacted]. [redacted] purchased their Fleetwood Edgewood 52’ x 24’ manufactured home on

February 17,2010. The home had a one year manufacturer’s warranty which has since expired

and unfortunately the manufacturer, Fleetwood Homes of PA, previously of [redacted].,

[redacted] is no longer in business.
