Review: Funeral home services were an absolute mess. Extremely disorganized, personnel never followed through with promises they kept giving my family. As you can imagine experiencing a death in the family is very painful and part of the reason a funeral home/director is hired is to take care of all the details and arrangements so that we can grieve. I personally had to follow up on paperwork that was needed because this company wasn't following up or through with anything. For example they couldn't get ahold of the MD to sign for the death certificate, they couldn't get our original country's consulate to sign for the paperwork to bury my grandfather, they couldn't get ahold of the health department, my grandfathers flight was scheduled super last minute, a Deacon/priest wasn't even scheduled till the day of the funeral viewing (AND they claimed that this service was NOT included, till we showed proof with the receipt they provided)... just lie after lie and false promise after false promise. The employees are so unprofessional and kept blaming each other for every mistake made. PLEASE, I BEG for you guys to investigate. I don't doubt that they are doing lots of harm to other families as well. Santa Ana, CA is predominantly hispanic and spanish speaking so I doubt that anyone else has reported or will report this horrible business. The least they can do is apologize, but everyone I've talked to agrees that we should most definitely get our money back. The one person behind every lie was an employee named Ana. This lady should be firedDesired Settlement: They should refund for the horrible services that they provided to our family. If not that, then an apology and employee termination of [redacted] for her incompitence.
